024-1Each time we write an edition of Fashion Fabulous London we look at over a thousand shops and from there pick the top 200 and review them in detail. Standout accessories at the moment are shoes and we would love to share some of the best we saw at London Collections: Men. We enjoyed Louis Leeman’s menswear shoe presentation at the Café Royal Hotel in Regent Street, especially the black and white weave abstracts (pictured above).

022-1Alpine Gentleman’s Clubs were the inspiration for Louis Leeman’s luxurious shoes. Small crystals are hand-applied to create the impression of ice! Check out those winter sweater motifs!

025-1Louis Leeman showed great hand-embroidered on soft silk pair and some excellent evening shoes such as the one above.

034-1We loved the Lathbridge by Patrick Cox collection! These wrinkly wet-look patent material and square toe Wannabe loafer are sure to be big hit! The collection offers a re-visit and rework of his best selling styles that he is famous for.

033-1More great shoes from Patrick Cox! The styles are fortified with either a contrasting double thick leather sole or a chunky crepe wedge. The group also comprises a lace up ankle boot and a chukka.

032-1We liked these multi-strap shoes and boots with mismatched buckles giving them a vintage feel. The collection is designed in London, handcrafted in Italy and features eco-friendly veg-tanned leathers.

047-1We caught up with Patrick Cox at the launch of his wonderful new collection! Patrick Cox’s shoe store on Sloane Street was one of the very first shops we reviewed in the Fashion Fabulous book series. The shoes were truly inspiring. Patrick told us “It was good to be back! I’m very much looking forward to opening a new shop in about a year’s time.”

044-1X-Factor group Alien came to view the shoe collection and told us they are busy recording!

We were really impressed by Finsk’s new launch into men’s shoes. They have created five different shapes that come in an array striking colour combinations. We loved the dual colour heels and flash soles.

045-1From Brick Lane to Bond Street, Fashion Fabulous looks at all kinds of styles and designers to bring the very best in the Capital’s shopping choices.

054-1Other shoes at the BFC Designer Showrooms at Victoria House, Bloomsbury.

048-1We featured The Old Curiosity Shop in the Top 200 shop in our latest edition of Fashion Fabulous London. Here at LC:M they showed a departure from their famous square toed shoes in favour of more classic collaborations with Tricker’s and Sanders. Check those  different coloured patents for standout wear. Always worth a visit, The Old Curiosity Shop is at 13-14 Portsmouth Street, London WC2A 2ES.

028-1Cocktails and champagne were in abundance throughout this fashion week with great parties every night!
